Refund policy
Shipping and optional insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped.
Custom orders are non-refundable. Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis if August Glass is notified within seven days of purchase.
For in-stock items that are not custom orders, returns and exchanges are accepted if August Glass is notified within seven days of your receipt of the jewelry, and the jewelry is mailed back within ten days of receipt in the condition in which it was received. Shipping costs are not refundable.
After seven days, exchanges only (no refunds) of unworn jewelry will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days and will include a 20% processing fee (20% of the price of the returned jewelry). Worn jewelry may not be returned or exchanged.
Please return the jewelry placed inside a padded envelope; ship USPS with tracking; and insurance is recommended and responsibility of the purchaser as purchaser will be responsible for damage to or loss of the returned piece.
Occasionally little beads will jump off the jewelry in spite of all the redundant adhesives used. August Glass will repair for free any items that lose beads or a piece of glass for 1 year after purchase date and will cover shipping.
